Speaker: Marredia Crawford is the Associate Director of Diversity & Inclusion for North America at Baker McKenzie. She contributes to the thought leadership and the development and implementation of innovative methods to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the firm's North America region and frequently collaborates on client initiatives. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at conferences, law schools, and organizations on a number of topics, including: retention and development of women, LGBTQ+, lawyers from underrepresented groups, and ways to create a more diverse and inclusive work place.
