This important discussion will focus on introductory aspects of diversity & inclusion in an innovative and interactive way!

This workshop will provide you with the tools to

  • Think holistically about diversity
  • Advance inclusion through action
  • Understand environmental determinants of diversity & inclusion
  • Identify and interrupt implicit bias and break the cycle of exclusivity

Speaker: Jasmine Shadding is a diversity, inclusion, and belonging expert and professional speaker who delivers high-energy D&I trainings for organizations. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Louisville and has earned a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of East London, U.K., where she studied organizational functionality, coaching for career development, and employee and organizational counseling.
