Program: Emerging Cyber Threats

Speaker: Dustin Sachs, Associate Director, Information Security, Navigant Consulting

Ransomeware has quickly become one of the most talked about and experienced cyber threats. Coupled with an increase in connected devices (IoT), it is only going to get worse. 3D printing, smart cities, autonomous vehicles, and robotics are just a few of the areas where information security professionals will need to address. The need for mobile device security is also becoming an essential concern for businesses. This presentation will discuss the landscape of the emerging cyber threats, tips to combat attacks, and what to do if you, or your company, are the victim of an attack.
